Those who need an official invitation letter with the Conference Chair's signature to obtain a passport or visa should send their request to info@necsys.org specifying:

• name
• affiliation (Organisation)
• paper title
• paper's authors
• paper's ID

Important: The invitation letter is issued only upon arrival of registration payment.
