Registration 

Participation is by invitation only. Instructions for registration have been sent to team leaders. 

Please be aware that we shall be able to accomodate in the castle at most 120 participants, on a first come first served basis

Note1: We shall be responsible for booking rooms. After registration no further action is needed on your side.

Note2: Accompanying person will have to pay the hotel fee (see below) + cost for 3 dinners (about 130euros total). This will pe paid to the hotel directly upon checkout. We shall be responsible for booking. Accompanying persons should be indicated in the registration form team leaders have received.

Deadline for registration: July 10th, 2016

Registration costs:

Registration fee (to be paid by July 10th, 2016): 310 Euro

Accommodation and lunches (per person, to be paid directly to the hotel upon checkout):

•  Single room: 386/356 Euro
•  Double (shared) room: 267/252 Euro

Note: the two rates depend on the room type/location (room in a depandance of the Castle are cheaper). We shall give preference to students in shared rooms for the cheaper rate.
