September 30- October 2 2023

 (Arrival  Sunday September 29th)

The workshop will be held in the cultural center Don Orione Artigianelli, placed in a quiet place in the city centre of Venice, Italy, behind Gallerie dell’Accademia with direct overview on the Zattere quayside and on Giudecca Canal.
The Centre is a unique place that combines history, culture and modernity. This complex, is  surrounded by three eighteenth-century cloisters and a fifteenth-century cloister.

The best solution is to fly either to Venice (VCE) or Treviso (TSF) airport.
How to reach Venice city center (Piazzale Roma) from VCE
How to reach Venice city center (Piazzale Roma) from TSF
Don Orione Artigianelli can be reached in 22 minutes on foot from Piazzale Roma.
Those who prefer not to walk can catch the ferry (Line 2) at Piazzale Roma and get off at the Accademia stop. Otherwise, you can catch the ferry (Line 1 or 5.1) near Piazzale Roma (cross the Calatrava bridge and the vaporetto stop is on the right) and get off at the Zattere stop.

Participation is by invitation only. Instructions for registration have been sent to team leaders.
Please be aware that we shall be able to accommodate in the cultural center Don Orione Artigianelli at most 100 participants, on a first come first served basis.

Note1: We shall be responsible for booking rooms. A registration form will be made available where you can optionally indicate any accompanying persons. After the form is completed, no further action is needed on your part.

Note2: Accompanying persons will have to pay the hotel fee and any lunches and dinners. Accompanying persons can choose whether to join lunches and dinners (even individually) by specifying it in the form. Accompanying persons can also decide at the moment whether to join a lunch or dinner, subject to availability.

Note3: We encourage participants to share double rooms because the number of single rooms is limited. In the form, it will be possible to select the preference of who to share the room with.
